Silence and nature is beautiful...i challenge you to go outside for half an hour at night and just lay there..see the beauty of the stars and the moon..hear the wind and silence (apart from the ocasional car) go through you..and just lay there still...its amazing how just half an hour of silence and beauty can turn you around..think about your friends, think about your family. think about anything and everything..or think nothing at all..its a amazing experence and we do not take time in our busy lives, just to see how lucky we are and how amazing this world is...
